Do we wait for God or God wait for us?

God yearns to know us intimately.
God loves us so much that He created us to dwell with us.

The burning bush is about drawing close to God.

3 things that Moses did when He encountered God:
1) He looked and saw the Hand of God.
*verse 2
The Hand of God is the Hand at work.

2) He responded and met the Face of God.
*verse 4
Even if you are that close to God, it doesn't mean you truly know God.

3) He hid his face and heard the Heart of God.
*verse 6
You don't really know the person until you know the person's heart.
The Church is the house of God, we don't need to invite God because He invited us first.
What we have to do is to enter into His presence.

Finally

Finally I bought my new year's clothes and some other new clothes too! I find that I still fit in comfortably with cheap clothes. This year I didn't buy any new shoes because I think I have too many heels. So will just wear back those heels. My mother accompanied me to Amk hub, Nex, Chinatown and lastly Bugis. It was very tiring to walk for so long, since morning till evening. Almost 12 hours!

Thank God I finally found somebody who want to work at my child care. Jing Yi who is my cousin is very interested. If she come to work, hopefully I can go back to my K2. Although the toddlers are very adorable, it's very tiring to take care of them. But K2 always make me shout at them which I don't like it at all. Overall, I still love everyone of them.

I hope I can soon said that I'm finally healed! Lord please heal me completely! Thank You!

Pampers are dropping everywhere. First is Melanius second is Kermaine. Walk half way you saw a pamper on the floor, it's so funny. The tape is not sticky anymore. Been with the T class children for the whole day again. It's because both Clarinda and Zheng lao shi didn't come. It was quite an easy day, nobody wet bed today! Thank God! HAHA! Their tasks are all very easy except that it's tiring to bring them to the toilet. Luckily they only have 15 children and not like my class, 28!

This age group is very interesting. Everyday it is bound to have one crying child. Their balance is a problem, a small bump can lead them to the floor. They are not noisy in everything they do, unless they are running around catching people or running away from people. Their action and behaviour make your day. Everyday I came back from work with a happy heart. The children always make me happy and always laughing.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow to play with them! Miss my K2 very much too, but they always make me scold them which I don't like. You don't scold they will treat your words as wind. They need lots of discipline.

Looking forward

Now I look forward to going to T class, even though it might be very tiring but they are very adorable. Especially Wei Yu and Yi Ling, both brothers are in my k2 class. During nap time, the K2s are not behaving themselves and creating lots of trouble. Mrs Lim punished them to pat the T and N class to sleep. Wei Kai pat his sister Wei Yu, and Xavier & Caleb pat Zenith and Adam. The scene was very funny because they are so cute. But they are being punished.

Received this on fb: "God wants you to know that you've been driving yourself too hard lately. Sure, there is time to invest yourself fully into work, but there is equally important time for joyful resting. And for you, this time is now. What is the absolutely most wonderful little treat you can give yourself? Do it today." It's so true that actually I haven't been having a good rest. I should treat myself nicer. I'm going to enjoy my weekends.

Poor toy poodle

Just now I saw a video about a toy poodle being abused by a man. What more it's videoed!! I was so shocked and brokenhearted for the poodle. It's 15 minutes long but I only watch for about 1 minute. It's too cruel and I can't bring myself to watch anymore. I cried after I saw what happened. I was so sad for the poodle. Lord, even though it doesn't have a soul, please save the poodle! I hope the couple will be brought to justice. If you don't like dogs, then don't buy them, save it for the dog-lovers. Sicko people! I think I'm traumatised.

Sick

I'm so sick! Coughing and sneezing so badly. I cough until I want to vomit. Sneeze until my nose is so red. My children are concerned for me. Should I stay home? Or should I just go to work? Lord please help me, heal me fully. Thank You Jesus!:)

Be grateful

I nearly lost my voice today. If I really lose it, I will be in trouble. I can't tell the children what to do and what not to do. Thank God that my voice was normal when I reached centre. These few days' weather is not so good and I got a cold. I saved a lot of electricity because the nights are too cold to switch on fans! The weather is changing so drastically.

I'm becoming to get used to Ms Low's strictness. Because she want to exercise professionalism so that's why she needs everything done by a time. Even though she is a manager, she don't put her so high up and treat her staff like maid. Thank God for such a good boss.

Mrs Lim told me that she will put me for first aid course with Clarinda. It will be after Chinese New Year. For 6 days, which are all weekdays. From 1830 to 2130!! God please allow me to have enough time to rest. This week supposedly have voice training but I think no seats anymore.

Be happy for friend's successes

The true test of friendship may be whether you can celebrate your friend's successes. If you can be happy for them even when they succeed in a mutual pursuit, then yours is a strong friendship. Even when you feel the disappointment of losing to your friends, enjoy their success with them. Resist the temptation to allow jealousy to rear its head, and focus on your awesome friends and why they are so special to you.
