Cool day

I was too tired to shout at the children today. Yesterday didn't sleep early so I was sleepy. I like it because I didn't need to raise my voice and also the children listen to me more when I don't shout at them so much. But still some need to scold. Anyway I just want God to be with me wherever I go and whatever I do. Let me rest in You, Lord. Please carry me all the way.

Funny thing

Today the day end quite fast and I thought it was cool. Didn't get any scolding. My manager suddenly told me that I should take the spelling homework for her every monday morning together with the notebook. She said I forgot. But I didn't forget, because she didn't tell me before. She always remember to take it with her when she come. But today don't know what went wrong. But anyway I'm the assistant, when she forget I should remember for her. I learned one thing about her. She will forget things and I just have to go along with her. If not what can I do?

He is trying to get comfortable and purposefully sleeping.

"Do you still have no faith?"

When we response in faith, we will say "since our God is with us..."

Some updates

Tuesday we started our cell with the brothers. It was quite ok. I'm very interested in inviting my friends and bringing them to the event. I hope that the time come quickly. I pray that God will take away my fear of stepping out in faith. So that I will daringly believe that my friends will come despite of the distance and also it's a Christian event. So Lord I pray that You will open up their hearts and soften it. Let them be willing to come and reject any excuses they have. Remove any obstacles that they will have or have which prevent them from coming. Thank You Jesus!

Today just found out that my child really has a FACEBOOK account! I added him. Don't know whether can we add children or not but I just add. It's so cute to find out that my child 6 years old know about FB. HAHA!

I went for tea with EDO whom is none other than Pastor Eugene Seow. Know quite a lot about him and felt that he is really a cool person and boss.

Actually wanted to update more but very lazy and also tiring. It's because I want to go offline already. So if there is any interesting of juicy news I will update again. HAHA!

New term, more work, even busier.

There is so many things for me to accomplish today. I have to finish the workbook. Supposed to give out memo. Supposed to check spelling and print out next week's. Need to print out info of ridby maths. But I only could do the workbook because there is so many and my manager want it to be done by today. Busy busy busy. Have to do so many things and this class always create trouble. We have to be patience and loving towards them. So many things I have to learn. It's interesting but I don't think I will be able to cope if I would to study and work at the same time.

Have to really pray at my classroom before the start of the day. Need to pray for protection, love and joy. Among the children and also the teachers. Speak in tongues will be even better. Also to ask God to feel the place with His Holy presence. I felt that the teachers there are too work-oriented. I don't know whether does it means professionalism. I believe that no matter how serious your work is, you still can have fun. Why not add some joy into your working life?

Quitting this job has come to my mind for the second time. It must be from the devil because quitting is not from God. I would not quit unless I am pursuing my study at a poly. Should depend on God fully. It may be stressful because I'm working with the manager inside the classroom. But I learn lots of things from her. It's cool but sometimes I can't take it. Sometimes she didn't get the fact right and she can blame it on you. Although I would felt being wronged, but I accept it because I should be careful of my surrounding.

Depressed

Since Thursday I have been feeling a bit depressed. I know it's from the devil but I still couldn't get out of it. Lord You really need to help me, let me lean on You! I want to cry out loud but I don't want to feel helpless. I felt sad for that girl. On Thursday, this boy kept venting his anger on anyone who doesn't make him happy. I was one of them. I just couldn't be bothered. I'm his teacher and yet he is behaving like this towards me. Don't like just shout at me and show me that face. I'm have enough of him already. During the afternoon, after naptime, I looked after the hope group which is his group. Suddenly the other boy whom is that boy's best friend came running after my favourite girl. I stopped him but he managed to snatch away the girl's toys. In the first place it doesn't belong to that girl, but she cried. I felt helpless. It's because both of the boys don't want to listen to me. I comforted the girl and tears were already forming in my eyes. Suddenly it lead me back to my primary school days, when boys always like to bully me. I felt disappointed that I can't help that child. I don't want her to have that same feeling as me. I don't know why guys like to bully girls. It hurt me a lot and I need full healing from the LORD. That's why I always have this thinking that all guys are bad guys no matter how good they are. It's because I will think that they are just fakers. Inside them they are another person. Except for Malays and Indians. Might be because only Chinese guys bully me. I need to cut it off in the name of Jesus!

Retake?

Actually I have lots of things to update last week, but I don't have the time and have forgotten what I wanted to blog. Anyway 19th March is the last day to register for my retake of eng 'o'. I'm still praying about it. If I'm going to retake, I'm going to really study very very hard. I'm going to try to enter poly next year. Today took my break for my first time. It was good to rest, next time I will try to use my resting time to talk with God.

Moving forward

Straining towards what is ahead.

Don't use the words "Impossible" and "quit"
Quitting is not an action, it is a character.
If you quit, you are not faithful.

What to do?

I saw something disturbing. I don't know whether did I see wrongly because it was all too fast. When I was taking out mattresses, 2 boys was fighting(most probably). When I turned around, I saw that teacher slapped one of the boy's face. I was shocked that she actually did that. I should tell the manager but I don't know how to tell her. I'm scared of telling because I don't have evidence. What to do?

Update!

It's been a while since I update about my children. Now I don't go to T class in the afternoon but I still go for nap duty every wed. I stayed in my class for the whole day and they love me a lot. I love them a lot too. They always like to call me in a funny way with the common tune and always hug me whenever they like. So every now and then I will get hugs. HAHA! There is this boy who always hug me very tight, one day he hugged me with all his strength and it was so painful. He may be a small boy but his strength is so strong.

Yuan Hao today told me he got girlfriend! I asked him whether does he really know the meaning of girlfriend and he said yes. He said his girlfriend is in Malaysia and that whenever his grandma organise a party, she will come. I told him that he anyhow say and that he is too young to have a girlfriend but he still say he have. HAHA! So cute and naive! Josiah and him always say I'm beautiful. They used the word "beautiful" and not pretty! HAHA! So happy to hear that.

My workload increases as the days go by. Spelling is the stress. Every week I have to make sure the memo and homework go out. Remind parents if they haven't hand in the homework. Prepare the papers for spelling. I'm doing so many things because I'm under the manager! So stressful but I like my job.

Ever since I start to work, I have been falling sick. Am I that weak? Today my class got a few didn't come which is quite unexpected. One vomited, two not feeling well, two having fever. Heard that they is the fever virus. I hope I won't get it because I want to go for G12 conference!
