We are often pretty good at hiding our feelings. When we keep those feelings inside, they sometimes build into anger, bitterness, jealousy, or depression. We may think our friends will reject us if we tell them how we really feel. But if we trust our friends with our true feelings, we may find that they are good listeners and want to help us work through things. It could well be worth the risk.
