During lunch time, Mrs Lim found out that there were 2 apples thrown away with only one bite for both. It was thrown away at the dustbin nearer to K2. They asked the K2 and nobody wants to admit. It's so disappointing to discover that they did this and don't want to admit. After some time of investigating, we found out that one culprit but not the other one. That person still doesn't want to own up. Doing the wrong things and doesn't want to speak up make me even more sad.
Last time it was the milk incident. Previously it was the toys. Doesn't want to finish the milk and put away. Still nobody wants to own up. Until now we still don't know who did it. Lord, please help all these children. I felt like talking to the child. I bet the child is feeling quite upset. Tears were forming at my tears when I thought about them. Doing the wrong thing is one thing. Not admitting prevent them from wanting to change.
Sometimes, I pity them as they eat the food they doesn't like. When we force them to eat, I felt so bad. I can't teach them to waste food. If not many other children will start to tell me that they doesn't want to eat too. Giving them small portion will not give them the enough nutrition. They need love a lot. I felt that as teachers, we are not showing and giving lots of love for them, at least in my class. I should and will try my best to shower them with love. I want them to grow up and graduate with a good and humble heart.

His peace enveloped me
I want to start by thanking God for His grace that he answered my prayer so that I will not be worried about today. I was quite anxious yesterday but today I just leave it to God. It all turn well and I was being myself. Hallelujah praise the Lord! His peace enveloped me.
I enjoyed my day with my children and it's an easy day and now I am looking forward to tomorrow. It's because the children will be having cooking session of omelette, scramble and sunny side up. Yippee! It will be fun!
Learn to enjoy your life with God and you will live a fulfilling life. Yeah! I will sing of the mercy of the Lord forever~ I will sing~ I will sing~ I will sing of the mercy of the Lord forever I will sing of the mercy of the Lord~
“. . . Fix your thoughts on what is true and honorable and right. Think about things that are pure and lovely and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” (Philippians 4:8)

Sermon title: Turning the Hearts of children to the Father
Key scripture: Malachi 4:5-6
Preacher: Apostle Lawrence Khong
2 Timothy 3:1-5
Exodus 20:12
Ephesians 6:1-3
~How to honour our fathers?
3 stages:
1) As a child, I honour my father by respecting and obeying him.
Ephesians 6:1
When we obey our parents, we obey God. If we have a problem with our parents, we have a problem with God. Obey them willingly and happily.
2) As a young adult, I honour my father by accepting and appreciating him.
When you honour your father, you accept him with all faults included.
There must be mutual acceptance and love for a harmonious family.
~ Acceptance means at least 3 things:
a] Realising that God used them to bring you into the world.
b] Listening to what they have to say.
Proverbs 23:22
c] Forgiving the mistakes they make.
Do not hold anger against your father.
Proverbs 20:20
Holding a grudge on your father is self-destruction.
3) As an older adult, I honour my father by
1 Timothy 5:8 & 4
1 John 3:1
Romans 8:15-17
Micah 7:19

Worry leads to sickness
I have been having this serious headache since Saturday. I can still do my things but when I cough, the pain is excruciating. I think I have a very slight fever. If I don't take care of myself, I might have a fever coming on. God please heal me, thanks! Ever since I started to work, I have been falling sick. Fever is a constant thing. Felt that it might be because of the virus or bacteria I caught at the centre.
Having frequent back pains too. We need to carry lots of heavy things and nobody can help you, because you are a assistant teacher. Next time if I'm a teacher and I have a AT, I will do my work with her not ask her to do alone. But for Ms Low, it's different, because after all she is a manager. She has lots of things to do so I'm somehow between a teacher and a AT. HAHA!
Got to pray for God's protection over my family, the centre and me. May the blood of Jesus cover me from head to toe. I don't want any sickness, no matter how small it may seems. I think another problem is that I worry too much about my work. Whenever, I worry about something, I will dream of it and then next I will fall sick. I should stop that and receive peace from God.

Feeling sian?
Sermon title: Feeling sian?
Key scripture: Acts 2:17-21
Preacher: Pastor Daniel Khong
How do we live large for God?
1) UP-size your APPETITE
Are we yearning more of the Holy Spirit's work?
Genesis 32:24-29
Jacob was so desperate, so hungry for God that he wrestle with God the whole night.
Are we desperate enough for God's presence?
2) UP-size your faith - "expect big"
Expect something big from God because He can and He will give it to you.
Do we ask God in intimidity or in confidence?
1 Samuel 17
When something is overwhelming us, don't straight away give up, believe that God will do something, expect big things from God.
Acts 2:17-21
God says that He will pour out His Spirit on us.

Father's day celebration and family gathering
Ate lots of things and it's so fulfilling. I believe that my family also enjoyed it. It's my first treat to my family, I think. HAHA! It's a blessing to be able to bless people. I love it when the whole family sit down together and eat. I just hope that next time Veronica will go home with us as there might not have anymore chance when she is married.
Happy Father's day! I love you, daddy! Thank you for all the years of caring, teaching and everything. I'm so happy to be in this family. I wish that we will have more outing or maybe travel to oversea. It's so exciting. Thank God for Your providence:)

I need a boost
Recently I have been becoming more and more tired of going to work. Not because of the children but because of the working environment and everything else. The children are my only motivation to continue. Even if I really want to leave the place, I will leave after they graduate. But before anything happens, I must go back to study. Lord, please help me to be able to go back to study English and then my early childhood diploma.
This verse is a great encouragement to me:
"Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."
(Isaiah 41:10)

Class photo
I broke one of Jesslyn's birthday present! How careless I am! When the glass ball broke, I was shocked and helpless. Anyway it's already broken, no point thinking about it. So I will just forgive myself and carry on with life.
I received my K2 class photo today. To be accurate, I found it and took it when the lao shi said it was mine. I love them so much even though they don't behaviour themselves. They are my first and maybe one and only and last class. I might want to futher my studies at one of the polys. Have to speak in tongue and move in the Spirit more. Have to find time to connect to God more than connecting to internet. HAHA!
