Prove yourself trustworthy

Strong friendships are based on trust. To prove yourself trustworthy, be very careful to tell the truth and to not break a promise you make to your friends or repeat something they have told you in confidence. If you betray a friend's trust, it is very hard to gain it back again. So even if it seems difficult, it's best to have the integrity and courage to do the right thing to begin with.
